The function of the drill button bit is to drill through rock formations during mining or geological exploration operations.
The column-tooth design of the drill button bit helps to increase the drilling speed and efficiency, while also improving the durability and lifespan of the button bit.

The drill button bit is typically attached to a drill string and rotated by a drilling rig, with water or other drilling fluids used to help cool and lubricate the bit as it cuts through the rock. 
We use high-quality tungsten cobalt alloy materials to make the button bits, and can also customize it according to customer requirements.  Well executed brazing process to combine the carbide tip with steel body firmly together.
